Don't let Lucía's family go through the cold months without heating

The heating account is 3 months behind. Lucía received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $850 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in December.
Lucía called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $200 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
