Don't let Leonardo's family go through winter without heating
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Leonardo needs $700 before September.

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $700. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $155 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $700 goes:
• Utility arrears: $360
• Reconnection and late fees: $170
• Down payment on a payment plan: $170
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
