Don't let Josiane's family go through summer without electricity and water
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Josiane needs $650 before August.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $650. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $135 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
