Don't let Joshua's family go through summer without water
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Joshua needs $150 before December.

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $150. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through summer without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Gas arrears: $50
• Reconnection and late fees: $35
• Down payment on a payment plan: $65

I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too
