The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless I pay $350. I have never been late before October's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $110 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
