Don't let Jade's family go through the cold months without heating
Jade is behind on heating bills after a reduction in hours and needs $800 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 4 months behind. Jade received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless $800 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Jade called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $165 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Jade is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
