The gas account is 4 months behind. Ifeanyi received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in March. Ifeanyi called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Ifeanyi is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. Every dollar goes to the account in Ifeanyi's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
