Don't let Hiba's family go through the cold months without water

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $150. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
