Don't let Héctor's family go through the cold months without water

A disconnection notice for water arrived and Héctor needs $400 before November.

The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $400. I have never been late before August's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $85 first, which I don't have. I live with three children under ten, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here. Where the $400 goes: • Gas arrears: $170 • Reconnection and late fees: $80 • Down payment on a payment plan: $150 With deep gratitude, Héctor
