Don't let Hazel's family go through summer without gas

The gas account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $150. I have never been late before May's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
