Don't let Genesis's family go through the cold months without water

The water account is 4 months behind. Genesis received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on January unless $850 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in September. Genesis called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $75 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
