Don't let Frank's family go through the rainy season without electricity
Frank is behind on electricity bills after July's medical emergency and needs $900 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Frank received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $900 is paid. He had never been late before July's medical emergency.
Frank called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $115 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Frank is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Frank's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Frank.
