Don't let Evelyn's family go through winter without water
Evelyn is behind on water bills after losing my job in August and needs $700 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 2 months behind. Evelyn received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $700 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in August.
Evelyn called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $90 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through winter without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Evelyn is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
