Esther called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Esther is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
