Don't let Eda's family go through the rainy season without electricity

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless I pay $200. I have never been late before December's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $40 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
