The heating account is 2 months behind. Dagmawit received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Dagmawit called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
