Don't let Charlotte's family go through winter without electricity and water

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless I pay $550. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $165 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
