Don't let Carla's family go through summer without gas

The gas account is 2 months behind. Carla received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Carla called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $45 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
