Don't let Ashok's family go through winter without electricity
A disconnection notice for electricity arrived and Ashok needs $150 before October.

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $150. I have never been late before August's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Gas arrears: $90
• Reconnection and late fees: $20
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40
