After military deployment, Dmytro has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Novosibirsk Counselling Collective cost $40 each.
Dmytro has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Dmytro could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Dmytro, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
