Help Imad stay in his own home with four months of part-time care.

I'm caring for me, who's 84. After a diagnosis of dementia Imad can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Imad desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Imad worked all of his life as a nurse, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for four months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.

• Medication and prescriptions: $540
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $170
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $490

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Imad.
Sure. The biggest one is part-time carer (four months), $3,800. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Appreciate you taking the time.
Thinking of you. Wishing Imad a smooth procedure and a full recovery. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Turin!
