Dignity in old age: caring for Haritha
Help Haritha stay in her own home with six months of part-time care.

I'm caring for my mother, who's 74. After a diagnosis of dementia Haritha can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Haritha desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Haritha worked all of her life as a bus driver, and raised 3 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $750 goes:
• Part-time carer (six months): $600
• Medication and prescriptions: $90
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $60
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Thinking of you and your family. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Greetings from Houston.
