After a difficult divorce, Diarmuid has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Cork Wellbeing Centre cost $120 each.
Diarmuid has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Diarmuid could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Diarmuid, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
