After the loss of my brother, Declan has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Dublin cost $60 each.
Declan has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Declan could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
