David's Hodgkin lymphoma treatment fund

In May I was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma. My oncology team at Entebbe Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, and the first starts in August. I was told to expect about 8 weeks away from work. I never imagined I'd be writing something like this. I'm 31, I worked as a taxi driver until May, and I have been the main earner for my household. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, transport to Entebbe Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income I have lost add up quickly. My family is doing everything they can, but we've already sold what we could and are borrowing for groceries. Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
