Daniel's kidney cancer treatment fund
10 rounds of treatment are planned at San Sebastián Cancer Centre; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Daniel was diagnosed with kidney cancer in April. The oncology team at San Sebastián Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Daniel is 35, worked as a nurse until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to San Sebastián Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $4,500 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $3,150
• Household costs while unable to work: $920
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $430
