Daniel needs a full set of tools to reopen a bicycle repair shop
A bicycle repair shop in Liverpool needs help replacing a full set of tools after a fire in the building.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom1,776 views
For three years I have run a bicycle repair shop in Liverpool. In August, a fire in the building took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Thursday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,700 goes:
• Replacing a full set of tools: $890
• Working capital for the first month: $460
• Shop repairs and licensing: $350
Thank you for reading my story.

Wishing you peace, Daniel. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 11 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from San Miguel de Tucumán.

Sending strength, Daniel. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
