Daisy is my dog of nine years. On 18 August we rushed to Guarulhos Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $850.
They have stabilized Daisy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Daisy is more than a pet - Daisy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Guarulhos Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Daisy's recovery.
Where the $850 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $600
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $105
• Medication and follow-up visits: $75
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $70
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
- Josiane

You're not alone, Josiane. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My husband and I read this together. Thinking of Guarulhos
Thanks for sharing this. Hope this works out for you. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
Wishing you the best, Josiane. Shared it with a few friends. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best.
Sending good thoughts, Josiane. I hope things turn around soon.
Best of luck, Josiane. Looking forward to the next update. My neighbor in Faisalabad donated after I showed her your page. God bless.
