After the loss of my brother, Dae-hyun has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Incheon cost $85 each.
Dae-hyun has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Dae-hyun could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Dae-hyun, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
