Courtney needs a cold-storage unit to reopen a small grocery stall
Courtney has run a small grocery stall for three years; a fire in the building destroyed the equipment, and $4,400 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a small grocery stall in Oakland. In June, a fire in the building took a cold-storage unit. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Tuesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $4,400 goes:
• Replacing a cold-storage unit: $3,100
• Initial stock: fresh produce: $890
• Working capital for the first month: $410
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you, Courtney. Hope you get there. Blessings.
Shared this with my family. Wish I lived closer to Kraków so I could bring a meal. All the best.

Wishing you peace, Courtney. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Blessings
take care, Courtney. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We're a small family in Uberlândia but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Oakland.
