Could you spend Monday and Wednesday afternoons with Humaira? (Karachi)

I'm Adnan, and I look after my sister at home in Karachi. Humaira has poor mobility after a hip operation and should not be alone for long stretches. I work early shifts, and the gap on Monday and Wednesday afternoons is the hardest part of my week. What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 2pm until 5.30. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care. Humaira loves the radio and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor. I'd like to meet you first with Humaira present, and I'm happy to give a reference from our neighbor. If you have done care work before, wonderful, but kindness matters more. I'll be so grateful for any help at all.
