Could you share an hour a week with Saif?
Saif lives alone and has no family nearby; a weekly hour of conversation would transform the week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Saif, who's 74. Saif lives alone in Birmingham, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Saif loves crossword puzzles, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Tuesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
Thank you for reading my story.

So sorry you're going through this, Hridoy. Hope the doctors have good news. All the best
Rooting for you. Looking forward to the next update. My neighbor in Kasarani donated after I showed her your page.
Take care. Hope the doctors have good news. My husband and I read this together. God bless.
Hang in there. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Take care
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Accra
