Could you share an hour a week with Bhavani?
Bhavani lives alone and has no family nearby; a weekly hour of conversation would transform the week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Bhavani, who's 79. Bhavani lives alone in Nizamabad, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives 741 kilometers away.
Bhavani loves opera, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Monday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Hang in there, Ananya. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. I went through something like this 3 years ago and strangers helped me out
Thinking of you and your family. Get well soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.
Hope things get better soon, Ananya. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Take care.
shared this with my family. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
rooting for you. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to Rio de Janeiro so I could bring a meal. Take care.
