Could you interpret at a medical visit? Tigrinya to English

I'm Swapnil. Prachi has just arrived in the country, and speaks Tigrinya but little English. We have a specialist appointment on Wednesday in Nashik and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait. Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Prachi wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
