Could I borrow a cement mixer for a weekend? (Bronx)
Short-term loan wanted: cement mixer. I'll collect and return it myself, and happily cover any fuel.

I'm Robert in Bronx. I'm clearing an overgrown plot to grow vegetables, and I need a cement mixer for one weekend. Buying one for a single job doesn't make sense and the rental price is more than I can manage right now.
If you have one gathering dust in the garage, I'd be grateful to borrow it. I'll collect it from you, look after it, clean it and bring it back on the day we agree. I'll leave a deposit if you'd like, and I'm happy to meet somewhere public the first time.
If you could also show me how to use it safely, that would be an extra kindness.
Thank you. I'll give it back as promised.

I can lend one for a few weeks. I live about 17 km away so you would need to collect it. Happy to chat first.

My neighbor has one too and says you can borrow it. I will ask her. Happy to chat first.

I have one in the garage that I have not used in years. You are welcome to borrow it. Flexible on timing.
