Companionship wanted: Mwangi's old films and a cup of tea

Mwangi lives alone and has no family nearby; a weekly hour of conversation would transform the week.

Kisumu
I'm writing for my neighbor Mwangi, who's 74. Mwangi lives alone in Kisumu, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives 650 kilometers away. Mwangi loves old films, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Wednesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity. No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience. I hope life is good to you.
