Companionship wanted: Hassan's crossword puzzles and a cup of tea

I'm writing for my neighbor Hassan, who's 74. Hassan lives alone in Mardan, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives several hours away. Hassan loves crossword puzzles, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Tuesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity. No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience. I hope life is good to you.
