I look after my father and work nights. I'm looking for someone patient to sit with Volodymyr on weekday afternoons.

I'm Dmitry, and I look after my father at home in Kyiv. Volodymyr has failing eyesight and should not be alone for long stretches. I work nights, and the gap on weekday afternoons is the hardest part of my week.
What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 12.30 until 5.30. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care.
Volodymyr loves crosswords and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor.
I'd like to meet you first with Volodymyr present, and I'm happy to give a reference from our neighbor. If you have done care work before, wonderful, but kindness matters more.
I'll be so grateful for any help at all.
