Colm's path to healing - a structured recovery program in Kilkenny

After the loss of my brother, Colm has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Kilkenny Counselling Collective cost $80 each. Colm has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Colm could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Colm, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
