Clear storm damage from Sinta's garden in Jakarta Selatan
Sinta, 88, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 88 and I have lived in this house in Jakarta Selatan for 20 years. After the storm in June, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

So sorry you're going through this, Sinta. I hope things turn around soon.
Sending love, Sinta. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. God bless!
Wishing you peace, Sinta. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.
