Clear storm damage from Nargis's garden in Liverpool
Garden rescue day in Liverpool: bring gloves and a rake.
π¬π§ Liverpool, England, United Kingdom834 views
I'm 88 and I have lived in this house in Liverpool for 29 years. After the storm in May, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

sending good thoughts, Nargis. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Thinking of Liverpool.
I hope things turn around soon. Thinking of Liverpool.
Thinking of you, Nargis. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Love from Magelang
thanks for sharing this. Hope you get there. My neighbor in Nagpur donated after I showed her your page. Greetings from Nagpur.
hang in there, Nargis. Shared this with my family. Love from Dublin.
