Clear storm damage from Hiba's garden in Aswan
Hiba, 76, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 76 and I have lived in this house in Aswan for 32 years. After the storm in March, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

stay strong. Wishing Hiba a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Thinking of Aswan.
Take care, Hiba. Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 10 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care.
hope things get better soon, Hiba. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
