Clear storm damage from Fe's garden in Manila
Fe, 76, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 76 and I have lived in this house in Manila for 35 years. After the storm in July, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.

Stay strong, Fe. Hope you get there.
Sending good thoughts, Fe. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We're a small family in Piraeus but we're thinking of you!

Thinking of you and your family. Hope the doctors have good news. I'm in teaching myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Take care.
