Clear storm damage from Emi's garden in Tokyo

Emi, 86, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 86 and I have lived in this house in Tokyo for 25 years. After the storm in October, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition. The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner. Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do. Thank you so much.
