Christopher's stomach cancer treatment fund
12 rounds of treatment are planned at the Brandon Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Christopher was diagnosed with stomach cancer in February. The oncology team at the Brandon Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in May. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks.
Christopher is 25, worked as a hairdresser until February, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Brandon Oncology Institute 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $9,000
• Scans and lab work: $810
• Transport to the Brandon Oncology Institute: $660
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $760
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,770
