Chioma is one semester away from finishing an electrical engineering diploma but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $650.

Chioma is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Badagry State College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has said Chioma can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Chioma has a 3.8 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Chioma would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Chioma isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $410
• Final term tuition: $145
• Exam and lab fees: $35
• Textbooks and materials: $60
