Chiamaka's path to healing - weekly cognitive behavioral therapy in Gwagwalada

After burnout at work, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Gwagwalada Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $350 goes:
• 24 therapy sessions: $300
• Psychiatric assessment: $45
• Workbook and resources: $5
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Rooting for you, Chiamaka. Wishing Chiamaka a smooth procedure and a full recovery. I went through something like this 8 years ago and strangers helped me out. All the best
