Charles's non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment fund

Charles was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in May. The oncology team at Aurora Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks. Charles is 34, worked as a primary school teacher until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Aurora Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
