Carlo lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at Cebu City General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $550.
His current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 7 weeks.
With the right equipment Carlo could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.

• braille note-taker: $440
• Fitting and training sessions: $40
• Delivery and set-up: $20
• First-year servicing plan: $50
