Care for Pranav, 83: help cover a carer and medication in Pune
Pranav, 83, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $600 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for me, who's 83. After a stroke last July Pranav can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Pranav desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Pranav worked all of his life as a nurse, and raised 3 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $600 goes:
• Part-time carer (six months): $450
• Medication and prescriptions: $65
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $45
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $40
